The 2023 AGM of the Tamagor Association will take place on Sunday November 12 at 1 p.m. in the “salle polyvalente 2937-1” at École du Sommet, 2197 Montée Paiement in Val-des-Monts.
What is the Annual General Meeting?
The opportunity to be informed of what is happening in your association but above all, the opportunity to speak out on the issues that are important to you.
Why would you go and spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon in a school room with the members of your neighborhood association?

Maintenance of private roads, including snow removal
To enlighten us on issues around financing snow removal and maintenance of private roads, we invited Line Payer, an expert citizen greatly involved in the maintenance of private roads in Val-des-Monts, and our municipal councillor, Jacques Lemay. We will have the opportunity to ask questions.
The health of Lac Noir
An invader threatens the health of our lake, the Eurasian watermilfoil. We will discuss possible solutions and precautions to take to avoid its spread. We will also discuss new elements of the fish stocking project.
Legal matters
The Executive Committee will provide an update on resolved and ongoing legal matters.
Economic affairs
The finances of the Association will be shared transparently.
The constitution of your executive committee
It is at the General Assembly that people interested in occupying a role within the executive committee present themselves; the Assembly of which you will be a part votes to formalize the appointment of the new committee members. This year we want to fill 3 vacant positions, but you will also be able to vote on the 3 positions currently filled. Anyone interested in getting involved simply needs to submit their application on the same day.
Do you have any collective projects in mind? Any unifying ideas? Issues that affect others?
The AGM is your opportunity to present your ideas, projects, issues for the year 2024. It is your opportunity to speak up and share with us what is important to you.
