- Annual Fees are approved by the membership at each AGM and must be paid in full every year. Interest of 12% is applied to unpaid fees;
- One Annual Membership Fee is levied per owner, no matter how many properties are owned;
- In addition, annual Road Maintenance (except snow plowing) Fees are levied for each property owned as follows:
- Code A: Vacant lot on Association road (one “road unit”)
- Code B: Seasonal residence on Association road (two “road units”)
- Code C: Permanent residence on Association road (three “road units”)
- Code D: Vacant lot on municipal road (half “road unit”)
- Code E: Residence on municipal road (one “road unit”)
- Code F: Vacant lot inaccessible by road (halt “road unit”)
The “road unit” value is set each year at the AGM, depending on road maintenance conditions.
